PRODUCT INFORMATION
All original artworks and sculptures are designed and created by hand. Prints are created using ink jet on archival paper.
SCULPTURE CARE
The sculptures are one of kind and made of durable porcelain, though each piece is still susceptible of breakage if mishandled. Each porcelain piece is hand painted using acrylic gouache. Please be advised that these small sculptures are delicate, not glazed, and should not be exposed to water. Included with your purchased sculptures, you will receive mounting putty to place at the bottom of the sculptures in order to keep pieces stable and erect, if needed.
If you need to clean any of your pieces, we recommend dusting it lightly with a dry micro-fiber cloth.
SHIPPING
Despite having stock, it may happen that at certain times a print or sculpture piece has to be created when ordered and the shipment is prolonged. If this is the case, we will contact the buyer to report the situation as soon as possible. Orders are processed and mailed within one week of receiving payment. If you have special shipping requests or would like to place an international order outside of what we currently offer please send an e-mail to deannamancestudios@gmail.com to discuss product availability and shipping options.
Made to order items may take up to 12 weeks to be created and shipped out.
Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS, within the US it is expected to arrive within a week after shipping, though delivery dates are not guaranteed. International orders may take longer, please consider this when ordering.
International orders may be subject to duties and fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
RETURNS
We would like you to be happy with your purchase, so if you don't love an item, please email us to start the returns process within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, a credit for the total amount, excluding original shipping cost, will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, and for the safety of the product for their returns.
